Less guesswork. More visibility.
A missed check. An unreadable note. A defect that never reaches the right person.
Paperwork can make it difficult to see what has been inspected and what needs attention. Bring your vehicle checks and inspection records together, so your team has a clearer starting point for the day.
The planned daily workflow
A recorded defect needs an owner and a next step. Keep drivers and managers working from the same information.
Use the asset’s checklist. Record what passed, what failed and anything you could not check, with reasons and photos where required.
Managers review findings, assign follow-up and track defects through to resolution. Critical findings restrict the affected asset.
Resolving a defect does not silently return an asset to service. An authorised person releases it after the blocking issues are resolved.
An inspection record supports your safety process. Completing or passing a checklist does not, by itself, clear a vehicle for use.
Built around the vehicle
From the first check to a later review, keep the vehicle and its inspection history connected.
Configure checklists by asset type, with clear answers and reasons for failed or unperformed checks.
Keep photos, comments and follow-up together. Report a fault between scheduled inspections, too.
Use inspection schedules to distinguish completed checks from overdue work that needs attention.
Return to inspection evidence, defect updates and recorded release decisions when you need to understand what happened.
One process. Two perspectives.
Know what to inspect, record what you find and give your team the details they need.
Review vehicle inspection records and failed checks, with the context to follow up.

Yes. The initial product is planned for online use, with a web experience and iPhone and Android driver apps. Offline inspection capture is outside the initial release. App availability will be confirmed before onboarding.
The planned workflow restricts the affected asset and brings the issue to a manager’s attention. Restrictions remain until blocking issues are resolved and an authorised person explicitly releases the asset.
No. A checklist records the inspection answers. Asset use still depends on its condition, outstanding defects and your organisation’s safety and maintenance procedures.
The planned trial includes 5 assets, 10 users and 300 submitted reports for 30 days from owner activation. Requests require approval and setup. No payment card is required and there is no automatic charge. Access is not yet open.
